Return Policy

Thank you for supporting EMS Cadets Alberta Council! Every purchase you make helps fund youth programs and community initiatives — and we want you to be fully satisfied with your order.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most new, unused items.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging or tags.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us at info@emscadets.ca with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond with next steps and a return authorization.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because we are a charitable organization, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards and digital donations
Perishable or hygiene-related products (e.g., snacks, personal care items)
Custom or personalized merchandise

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your purchase was made as part of a donation or fundraiser, the refundable portion may be limited.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, a different size or color), please email us at info@emscadets.ca. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Send photos and a brief description to info@emacadets.ca, and we’ll make it right — at no cost to you.
